Please check the above linked spreadsheet for your name and arrival information prior to arriving in Chicago. Greeters will be in the listed terminal baggage area. Once all passengers for the ride group are present, the greeters will notify the drivers to pickup.

 

For arrivals at Midway:
Please check the above linked spreadsheet for your name and arrival information prior to arriving in Chicago. Click on the Midway Arrivals tab at the bottom of the page. There are no greeters at Midway. Passengers should congregate at Baggage Claim 8 and self organize. Once all are present, they should contact their driver by cell phone noted in column J.

Passengers should contact deacon Zach Meadows by email zorkmead@gmail.com with changes, etc prior to Thursday, and by cell (630) 379-2914 on Thursday. We will be watching flight times, etc and shepherding late and or lost sheep.

All shuttle vans will leave from Fischer Hall at their designated time. Please check the Transportation Spreadsheet departure tabs (on bottom of sheet) for details.
